I was one of his severely botched patients MANY years ago. His front office staff treated me poorly, back in the day. I attempted to take him to court. They gave me a small check to cover my revision with an excellent surgeon. I was left with open wounds under both eyes down to my fat pads. I lived with gaping wounds, tape to hold my skin up and sunglasses for three months, before I could have two surgeries with an Amazing surgeon In Newport Beach. They were in shock. I was the poster child of being botched, back then. They took photos. I went through hell and back. Many surgeries. Dr. Larry Nichter, made things right. It took years to heal and several surgeries. DO NOT go to him. He should know who I am. You got off easy. Thanks for botching me and putting me through hell for the longest time. Dr. Nichter and staff felt bad for me. Hands Down the Best Plastic Surgeon
I consulted with 10 different doctors and Dr. Aiello was by far the best in bed side manners, price, and qualification. He and his staff are top notch and so personable. Dr. Aiello founded Ocean Plastic Surgery Center in 1989 and is triple board certified with over 40 years of experience. He is one of the most experienced and sought-after plastic surgeons in the region. I highly recommend Dr. Aiello to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Dr. Aiello has good bed side manner and detail oriented. I enjoyed my consultation with him and eventually did surgery with him. I had my eyelid, breast implant and lipo done with him. Overall, I was happy with him, his staff and recovery follow up. He is very professional and he owns his surgery...

I am 65 years old, and finally decided to have a face-lift [the works] after 5 years of contemplating the idea. I was pretty nervous... Well, I jumped in and had everything done on my face that I could think of... I'm about two weeks out of an all day surgery, and very happy with the results...
