I am writing to offer my strongest recommendation for Dr. Pierpont. Dr. Pierpont is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift performed at Mayo Clinic. I had pursued this procedure for nine years without success until the Mayo Clinic’s detailed visual field testing—measuring approximately 50 points, nearly twice that of standard tests—provided the clarity and clinical detail needed to support a truthful and compelling case for surgery. Functionally, the need was real. The day before surgery, I experienced a near-miss car accident because I could not see a vehicle approaching from my left. My primary goals were to expand my peripheral vision and to look “normal” afterward so I could continue my active lifestyle, including community nonprofit work and recreational cycling. Dr. Pierpoint delivered fully on both. My peripheral vision has significantly improved, and I am delighted with the outcome. What I did not anticipate—yet deeply appreciate—is that I also look refreshed, wide-awake, and easily ten years younger, while still looking completely like myself. I am especially grateful for Dr. Pierpont’s ability to navigate an unexpected brow challenge during surgery and achieve excellent symmetry while further improving my vision. Procedure was a blepharoplasty as well as brow lift. Dr Pierpont was highly recommended to me by a friend who had great results. Her staff was wonderful and caring to work with as well. After the procedure my whole head was wrapped like a mummy but only had that on for 3 days. Very tiny stitches in eyelids. Was a little scared because my eyesight was blurry for about a month but then got better. I'm 3 months out now and am thrilled with the outcome. I do have a weird headband- like feeling from the brow lift but that will get better in time. No biggie. I can't believe the before and after pics. So yes, she comes highly recommended from me.

Exceptional professionalism from Dr. Pierpint and her staff. Very knowledgable as well as being very informative. Never felt rushed while they answered all my questions. Excellent results with eye lid repair, feel like a new woman. Would definately recommend Dr. Pierpont!

Dr. Pierpont is the best of the best, consistently delivering very high level care. I had a CO2 laser as a birthday present to me and had excellent results, even getting rid of my droopy eyes, overall tired face, and uneven skin tones, all without surgery. Very, very pleased!!

Dr Pierpont was very careful in patient selection, getting additional testing to be sure my dry eye would not cause problems. I had eyelid, brow lift and muscle repairs and was careful to follow her specific restrictions. Although the first 3 days were difficult as she warned, I did well overall. Lauren and the rest of her staff were fabulous. My questions were answered and I felt well cared for throughout the process. I was excited to have photos taken recently with my eyes wide open! No re-dos for me!! I think a patient considering this surgery could approach it with complete confidence in Dr Pierpont. (She is also a really wonderful person besides being a talented surgeon).
