I had upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with Dr. Filip, hoping to correct a drooping right eyelid that was visibly lower than the left. I was told this would be a mild outpatient procedure, and the incisions were meant to be minimal. However, one of my incisions ended up being 1.5 cm longer than the other, which was quite noticeable and concerning. Even more disappointing, the original problem — my right eyelid drooping more than the left — was not corrected at all. The asymmetry I came in with is still there, and now I also have uneven scarring due to the incision length difference. I trusted this procedure would address the droop, but unfortunately, it did not. I followed all instructions and expected better surgical planning and results. I tried to discuss my concerns post-op, but I left feeling unheard and frustrated. This was a very personal and emotional procedure for me, and the outcome has made me feel worse about something I hoped would improve my confidence. I’m now looking into second opinions and possibly revision surgery. I’m sharing this review to encourage others to ask very specific questions before committing to surgery here, especially if you have eyelid asymmetry or possible ptosis. I wish I had known more before making my decision.

Very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of Dr Filip and his staff. I was happy to find Dr Filip who was able to do a seamless corrective surgery from my last augmentation. He walked me through the entire process and gave the best recommendation on the procedure for my specific case after having 3 previous consults from other surgeons. Dr. Filip and the staff at A.I. are incredible! He listened patiently to what I wanted and knew exactly what to recommend in regards to the type of implant and whether it should be over or under the muscle. Post op care was amazing! Dr. Filip and staff were all there for me whenever I needed. I’m super happy with the results and I highly recommend Dr. Filip to anyone who is looking to change something about their body!

Dr Filips work is outstanding. He did a tummy tuck, breast reduction and a lift on me. I was so nervous from the start as normal. Each time I went into the office, him and his team took my anxiety and stress away. They were with me every step of the way, told me what to expect with descriptive instructions, and answered all of my question throughout the process. It was a long procedure, but I woke up with ease and my body recovered faster that I anticipated without any complications! This was a life changing process and I love my results.

After having my two girls, I was very unhappy with my breasts. If I got them done I needed to go with someone who would truly listen to what I wanted and deliver exactly that. Dr Filip listened carefully to what I wanted and told me how he would accomplish my desired result. The breast lift and augmentation he did for me was exactly what I wanted, and I’m very happy! I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him!!
